Your browser doesn't support DHTML. Click here for the non-DHTML version of CHP Home page   The Doctor of Audiology program uses a "self-managed" application process, which gives you, the applicant, greater control of your application materials. With a self-managed application process, you submit all application materials together in the same envelope. Thus, everything is received in our office at the same time. This eliminates filing errors and assures a complete file so that you will not be denied admission because of missing materials.

In order to make the self-managed application process work for you, you must

  1. start the process early,
  2. carefully follow the directions which follow, and
  3. ensure that all application materials are submitted to the College of Graduate Studies and postmarked by
    February 1, 2009.
