 New Application Process

The Speech-Language Pathology Program has transitioned to an online application service, Communication Sciences and Disorders Centralized Application Service (CSDCAS).   Therefore, application materials are no longer available from the CHP Admissions Office nor from this website. 

The 2008-2009 CSDCAS student application portal will launch on September 5, 2008, for 2009 programs at 2:00 pm EST.   The URL is:   https://portal.csdcas.org.  A supplemental application is also required.  Please download and complete on your computer.  Mailing instructions are on the last page of the spreadsheet.  There is no fee.

To be considered for our Fall 2009 program, applications must be e-submitted to CSDCAS on or before February 1, 2009.  All three letters of recommendation must be received by CMU  from CSDCAS for your application to be considered complete.  We DO NOT require the GRE.
