Click here for the non-DHTML version of CHP Home page   The Speech-Language Pathology program uses a "self-managed" application process, which gives the applicant greater control of application materials. With a self-managed application process, the applicant submits all application materials together in the same envelope. This eliminates filing errors and assures a complete file so that the applicant will not be denied admission because of missing materials.

In order to make the self-managed application process work, the applicant must 

  1. start the process early,
  2. carefully follow the directions which follow, and 
    3.
  3. ensure that all application materials are submitted to the College of Graduate Studies and postmarked by 
    February 1, 2009.
