The Physical Therapy Program uses a "self-managed" application process, which gives you, the applicant, greater control of your application materials. With a self-managed application process, you submit all application materials together in the same envelope. Thus, everything is received in our office at the same time. This eliminates filing errors and assures a complete file so that you will not be denied admission because of missing materials. Important note: Paper copies are no longer available from the Admissions Office. All applicants must use the web site documents/materials to complete the application process.
